ABOUT THE ROLE
Tips4y is looking for a hands-on, curious and reliable Product Intern to support our Head of Product & Growth in the day-to-day operations of the product team.
This is not an internship of the "just observe and learn" type: the intern we are looking for will be the solution (and will learn in the process), working directly on a portfolio of B2B SaaS products in the automotive area, which is growing in several markets.
We’re building for scale, and this internship is designed as a launchpad: if you demonstrate strong compromise, this role may evolve into a Junior PM, and later into a Product Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here are some areas you'll support:

- Triage new feature requests and bug reports from customers and internal teams
- Write and organize user stories and tasks in Jira
- Draft release notes and contribute to sprint planning rituals
- Help define and document product procedures
- Translate messy meeting notes or ideas into clear documentation in Confluence
- Support the preparation of feature mockups
- Coordinate with AI copilots to speed up research or structure ideas
- Help the Head of Product stay focused by owning small-but-important operational tasks
