ABOUT THE ROLE


Tips4y is looking for a hands-on, curious and reliable Product Intern to support our Head of Product & Growth in the day-to-day operations of the product team.

This is not an internship of the "just observe and learn" type: the intern we are looking for will be involved in the solution (and will learn in the process), working directly on a portfolio of B2B SaaS products in the automotive area, which is growing in several markets.

We’re building for scale, and this internship is designed as a launchpad: if you demonstrate strong compromise, this role may evolve into a Junior PM, and later into a Product Manager.

This is a remunerated professional internship with a minimum duration of 6 months, aiming at integration and career development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

» You won’t just sit in meetings - you’ll ship real value

Here are some areas you'll support:
  • Triage new feature requests and bug reports from customers and internal teams
  • Write and organize user stories and tasks in Jira
  • Draft release notes and contribute to sprint planning rituals
  • Help define and document product procedures
  • Translate messy meeting notes or ideas into clear documentation in Confluence
  • Support the preparation of feature mockups
  • Coordinate with AI copilots to speed up research or structure ideas
  • Help the Head of Product stay focused by owning small-but-important operational tasks

Must-Haves:
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
  • Eagerness to learn fast by trying things out proactively
  • Interest in product management and digital SaaS products
  • You ask good questions and aren’t afraid to volunteer ideas

Bonus Points For:
  • Previous side-project experience in tech or product areas
  • Using AI tools to work smarter
