YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Supervising the people management strategy in alignment with management and internal teams.
  • Attract, integrate, and develop talent, ensuring high-performance teams in an environment of recognition and inspiration.
  • Implement evaluation, training, and development best practices that drive performance and motivation.
  • Energize culture and engagement by promoting well-being actions, internal communication, and employer branding.
  • Ensure People Operations processes and legal compliance in a rigorous, agile, and humanized manner.
  • Be a reference in creating an environment of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning.

YOUR SKILLS

  • We prioritize academic training in the field of psychology
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to connect people, culture, and values
